PAYMENTS

  • Payments made for all our services are 100% non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.
  • In case of order cancellation after service initiation, no refund shall be applicable.
  • COD is only available in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. For rest of the cities the payment has to be done when Luxury Leather and Furniture Care share work completed images of the product then only the products will be shipped.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By confirming an order, booking a service, or proceeding with payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the Terms & Conditions of Luxury Leather and Furniture Care. This acceptance shall be deemed final and binding.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if, after inspection, the product condition is found unsuitable for cleaning, restoration, or repair.
  • In such cases, the product may be returned without service, and inspection or logistics charges may apply.

PRODUCT CONDITION DISCLAIMER

  • Luxury Leather and Furniture Care does not guarantee restoration of the product to its original condition.
  • Certain stains, odours, scratches, cracks, colour loss, or wear marks may remain visible even after service.
  • Natural characteristics of leather, fabric, wood, or upholstery may become more prominent after cleaning.

DAMAGES & LIMITATIONS

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, weak material structures, manufacturing defects, or prior repair work.
  • Colour bleeding, shrinkage, cracking, or texture change is inherent to leather and fabric materials and cannot be guaranteed against.
  • Slight colour variations may occur due to differences in dyes, lighting, or material absorption.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

  • Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, volume, or operational constraints.
  • Luxury Leather and Furniture Care is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, theft, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit unless directly caused by our negligence.

SERVICE TIMELINES

  • Standard service timelines apply under normal working conditions only.
  • Express or priority delivery services may attract additional charges.
  • Delays caused due to abnormal circumstances are not the responsibility of Luxury Leather and Furniture Care.

REWORK POLICY

  • Rework requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products returned for rework after delivery may attract additional logistics or handling charges.
  • Rework is subject to inspection and management approval.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers must ensure correct contact details are provided.
  • Luxury Leather and Furniture Care is not responsible for valuables left inside furniture or products.
  • Products not collected within a reasonable period may incur storage charges.
  • Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon customers need to make the payment at the time of delivery if they have opted COD, Rest of the city’s customers will have to make the payment first then only the products will be shipped. 
  • If the completed product is not delivered in any circumstances for upto 2 months then Luxury Leather and Furniture Care holds the right to forfeit the product and auction to cover the costs. 
  • ⁠If any product is taking time they need to understand the situation as its repair work, Luxury Leather and Furniture Cate may face some unforeseen challenges.

  • Any misuse of this website or its content is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this website without prior written permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of Luxury Leather and Furniture Care. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
