The first is Kapil Kumar who is a master in sales and management whereas the second is Mr Vinay Prakash Mishra who is a master in product management. While studying Mr Kapil Kumar felt interested towards to get more knowledge about leather, then he started doing a job in the leather industry where he learnt about the different different types of leather having different kinds of issues that can happen to leather in different environments, and learnt some solutions as well. He was very keen on learning something which he is interested. Since leather is a natural product, his interest grows with every step when he gets up. That’s the reason he learnt things faster.
Whereas Mr Vinay Prakash Mishra is older than and has a deeper knowledge of the leather industry in any way. He has been in the leather industry and it’s been over 12 years for continuously absorbing the leather and its nature. He has the market knowledge and the best solution for problems arising in leather.
In a company they met and started chatting along with coffee and tea. Started sharing their respective hobbies and interests. Where they found their interest in the corporate industry is the same. This interest in the profession brought them closer to each other in the corporative relation. Both the parties had the idea of getting leather products repaired and recolor.
